Geoffrey Mosiria, the chief officer for health facilities in Nairobi, has joined President William Ruto in discounting reports of a slaughter that occurred in Githurai, during the demonstrations against the Finance Bill.

A Kenyan said that many people were shot dead by the police during the president's X trip. "You are falsely claiming that there was only one casualty in the Githurai incident.

There's that murderous police officer, Murangiri, who allegedly amekuwa akishoot watu. What is wanazikwa? There has been no action taken.

How much longer should we discuss murderous police officers?" stated Osama Otero, an X user. Mosiria described the allegations as rumors intended to incite needless conflict in the nation in an interview with TUKO.co.ke.

Mosiria revealed that there were no reports of casualties in Githurai on June 25 for the Nairobi County government.

He contended that the county could have sent ambulances or transported the dead to the City Mortuary if there had been injuries, as Otero had stated.

"Let's avoid spreading unwarranted rumors that incite conflict. The 200 bodies claimed are not accurate. As the head health officer for Nairobi County and a young person, who followed the president and Kenyans on X, I can attest that Githurai never called to report casualties that required an ambulance to be sent out.

Furthermore, if such fatalities had happened, family members searching for their loved ones may have visited the City Mortuary, according to Mosiria.

Mosiria encouraged young people to make positive use of their X space sessions with the president at the same time.

"With due respect, in future discussions, let's honour the office of the president by addressing it respectively, regardless of personal feelings toward President William Ruto," he said.
