Galadima argues that the media plays a pivotal role in enticing individuals to partake in Nigerian politics without a clear commitment, thus perpetuating instability within the political sphere. He asserts that it is unreasonable for someone to align with the NNPP during the day and then switch allegiances to parties such as the PDP, APC, or Labour Party by night.
Alhaji Buba Galadima emphasized the need for individuals to make definitive choices in their political affiliations, highlighting that titles should not be self-assumed. He reiterated his position as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the NNPP, underscoring his affirmation during a globally televised convention.

As stated in a report by The Sun News, Alhaji Buba Galadima remarked, "It is the media that is encouraging this kind of person to meddle in the politics of this country. What I am saying is that you cannot be NNPP in the morning, and at night, you work for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the All Progressives Congress (APC), or the Labour Party. You have to make a choice. People just assign titles to themselves. I am telling you that I am the secretary of the Board of Trustees of the NNPP. I am saying that because, in a convention televised across the world, I was affirmed as the BoT secretary."
