Kenneth Okonkwo, a spokesperson for the Labour Party, took to his official X page to react to the absence of the President, Bola Tinubu, and the Vice President, Shettima. He asserted that many Nigerians have been asking about the whereabouts of both the President and his Vice President, but the main question they should be asking is, What have Nigerians achieved with their presence?

Recall that both President Bola Tinubu and his Vice President, Shettima, are both outside the country. In light of this, Kenneth stated that Tinubu and his Vice President should devise a means to be permanently absent from the political life of Nigeria so that Nigeria can have a new leader (Peter Obi).
According to him, "a lot of Nigerians have been querying the seeming absence of the President and Vice President. The question is, what have we achieved with their presence in the country? Two of them should devise a method to be permanently absent from our political life so Nigeria can have new leaders."
