In a recent YouTube video, Prophet Joshua Iginla, founder of Champions Royal Assembly, addressed what he termed a "Destructive Nomadic Mentality." Reflecting on his early days in ministry, Iginla remarked, "When I started my ministry, I saw evangelists carrying their bags and traveling everywhere."

Iginla explained this mentality as a detrimental approach to life and career, where individuals believe that constant movement will lead to better opportunities. "That mentality tells you that where you are is not good enough, but you can move to another place and things will get better. So, you spend your life hopping around like a grasshopper without having any solid foundation anywhere," he said.

He recounted a conversation with a man in France who had moved between six countries—Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Canada, among others—in search of elusive opportunities. "I asked him, 'What are you looking for?' He said, 'I don't even understand,'" Iginla shared, emphasizing the futility of such endless relocation.

Iginla argued that true growth and success are not achieved through constant mobility but through stability and commitment. "There are people like that who can't stay in one place. Something is always telling them that where they are is not good enough," he said. "Growth is not achieved through constant mobility; growth happens when you are planted. Every tree that produces fruit stays in one place."

Reflecting on his own ministry, Iginla noted that while some evangelists are still traveling and struggling, he and others who have established roots can travel freely without financial concerns. "Some of us can travel anytime, anywhere, because we are rooted," he said. "Growth is not about being everywhere; it's about being planted somewhere to affect and effect everywhere."
