Segxy, the bodyguard of singer Davido, who was reportedly assaulted at his boss’s wedding, has broken his silence.

A clip from Davido’s wedding, where the singer was captured seemingly cautioning his bouncer, recently emerged online, sparking speculations that he was assaulting the guard.

Reacting, Davido’s bodyguard described the video as “fake.”

He emphasised that his boss didn’t slap him and has never slapped any of his staff members.

Netflix co-founder, Reed Hastings, has urged President Joe Biden to step down as the Democratic Party’s nominee for the U.S. presidential election.

In an interview with New York Times, Hastings, stated that Biden needs to step aside to allow a “vigorous” Democratic leader to beat the Republican Party’s candidate, Donald Trump.

The Netflix boss, who is one of the biggest Democratic donors, explained that this is important to keep the party “safe and prosperous.”

Zamfara: NSCDC reiterates adequate security network to all religious bodies

The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, (NSCDC), has reiterated its commitment to providing adequate security to all religious bodies and legal organizations in the state.

This was contained in a statement issued on Wednesday, in Gusau by the spokesman of the State NSCDC, Ikor Oche, and made available to newsmen.

According to the statement, the State Commandant, Sani Mustapha, said this when he hosted the leadership of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Zamfara Province at the State Command Headquarters in Gusau, on Tuesday.

The statement added, that the NSCDC is primarily responsible for the oversight function of monitoring activities of religious bodies, as stated in Section 3 of the enabling Act of the Corps 2003.

Maverick entertainer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has commended Southeast governors for “vibrating” over the detention of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.

Charly Boy noted that the “injustice is becoming unbecoming.”

Posting on X, the entertainer wrote: “I just thank God say south east governors don dey vibrate on top of Mazi Nnamdi Kalu matter.

On Tuesday, Southeast governors had concluded plans to meet President Bola Tinubu to discussion the need for Kanu to regain freedom.
