According to the most recent opinion poll findings from Mizani Africa, Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru is the most preferred presidential running mate if President William Ruto decides to run with a woman in the 2027 presidential election.
If President Ruto keeps his commitment to appoint a woman as his running mate in the 2027 general elections, Gov Anne Waiguru would be the most likely candidate, with 42% preference, followed by Hon. Rebecca Miano, CS of Investment, Trade, and Industrialization, with 35%.
Hon. Rebecca Miano CS Trade leads again as the Most Transformative CS in the current government, with 37% preference, followed by Hon. Eliud Owalo CS Information with 18%, and Hon Simon Chelugui in third place with 13%.
