Man Utd offer Jadon Sancho to Barcelona
According to SPORT, Manchester United reportedly met Barcelona a few months back to discuss the possibility of Jadon Sancho moving to the Catalan club ahead of the 2024/25 season, however, Barcelona refused to sign him. The situation, however, could change if the Red Devils decide to send Sancho out on another loan spell as Barcelona are unwilling to pay a transfer fee.
Arsenal join race for Serhou Guirassy
Arsenal have reportedly joined the race to sign Stuttgart’s wantaway star Serhou Guirassy. Borussia Dortmund have been leading the race to acquire the services of the striker in recent weeks, but Sky Sports Germany report that the Gunners are also informed of his situation. Guirassy has a £20million release clause in his current contract and no side has opted to activate it yet, though Dortmund are ‘fearful’ of Arsenal ’s recent emergence.
Guimaraes' Newcastle release clause has expired
Per Fabrizio Romano, Bruno Guimaraes' release clause in his Newcastle United contract - which was worth £100m - has officially expired on Tuesday. The Magpies will now decide on the midfielder's future and could sell him if they get a fair proposal amid interest from several top European and Premier League clubs.
PSG, Barca and a Premier League club want to sign Coman
According to Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth, Paris Saint-German, Barcelona and a Premier League club have reportedly shown interest in signing Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman this summer. With Michael Olise joining the German side soon, Bayern could consider selling the French attacker, however, they will demand a transfer fee in the region of €50m for the player who has a contract with them until 2027.
