Former Senator Magnus Ngei Abe recently announced that he has successfully reconciled former Rivers State Governor Peter Odili and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Nyesom Wike amidst political tensions in the state, as reported by Vanguard. Abe shared the news on Facebook, emphasizing his commitment to fostering genuine reconciliation within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State. He affirmed his support for the APC as his political home and stressed the importance of unity for the party's advancement and peace.


In his statement, Abe praised Minister Wike's candid and sincere approach towards reconciliation and highlighted the significance of resolving internal conflicts within the party for the collective welfare of its members. He expressed gratitude to Chief Tony Okocha, the APC caretaker committee chairman in Rivers State, for his support and reiterated his dedication to the party's goals.
