Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, has maintained has now revealed why he cannot be a liar and a sycophant of his boss President William Ruto. He has maintained his tough position against the Ruto-led government by criticizing some of the issues, which he is accusing the president's close confidantes of being behind them.
Speaking during a meeting as quoted and reported by NTV Kenya today morning, Gachagua has told off his critics for accusing him of defiance to his boss President William Ruto. He argued that he cannot turn to be a liar and a sycophant to his boss in order to make him happy as most leaders are doing.
Since he is too old to do such a thing of telling lies and being a sycophant in order to please the head of state. While the reality on the ground is different, where people are currently unhappy and they are beginning to lose confidence with the government. He must speak the language of the people as he has always been doing.
