Concerning Friday's ruling by the Court of Appeal regarding the issue in the State House of Assembly, Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State stated that there is no reason to be worried. Governor Fubara reassured the people of Rivers State that his administration is committed to providing excellent governance while inspecting the renovation of the Zonal Hospital in Bori Town. He stressed that a new stage has begun with the decision of the appeal court to vacate a prior injunction against several legislators.

By affirming, "We are not deterred," Governor Fubara demonstrated his resolve to carry out his campaign pledges in spite of obstacles created by the government. As an example of perseverance in the face of hardship, he cited Psalm 23:5, saying that difficulties are frequently opportunities for growth. The governor highlighted the significance of ongoing development initiatives, such as the recently allocated funds for the reconstruction and expansion of four zonal hospitals.

I know that many of you would be asking what is going on and all that," Fubara reportedly told Channels Television News. Issues specific to government also exist. A table is prepared before you (or anybody else) by God, according to Psalm 23:5 in the Bible. It is important to observe the emphasised word "in the presence of your enemies" here. It follows that there are no easy ways out.

As a result of the contractors' commitment to implementing his administration's healthcare plan, Governor Fubara was pleased and applauded their harmony with state objectives. He stressed again that swift action was taken to improve healthcare facilities because there were no operational zonal hospitals when he took office. Even though there are obstacles, Governor Fubara emphasised that the provision of essential utilities to the people of the state will continue to be their first priority. He stressed that, despite administrative and legal obstacles, quality governance is his administration's top goal.
