Chelsea set to miss out on signing Osimhen

Chelsea look set to miss out on Napoli’s Victor Osimhen as Paris Saint-Germain have decided to pay the €120m release clause in the Nigerian’s current contract. According to Il Mattino, Victor Osimhen is close to signing for the Ligue 1 side as they have decided to pay his release clause of €120M. This will primarily be funded by the money freed up by Kylian Mbappe’s departure to Real Madrid but it remains to be seen if Chelsea get involved.

Man Utd step up pursuit of Frimpong

Manchester United are reportedly intensifying their efforts to seal the potential €40million transfer of Bayer Leverkusen right-back Jeremie Frimpong as his release clause expires before Euro 2024. Frimpong would surely be a huge upgrade on the likes of Diogo Dalot and Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right-back for the Red Devils, and it seems they’re keen to step up their pursuit of the player, according to Sport Bild, as cited and translated by Sport Witness.

Real Madrid Forward Joselu draws interest from Saudi Pro League

According to a report by Marca, there is interest from the Saudi Pro League in Real Madrid forward Joselu, despite the Spanish international being keen to stay at the Bernabeu. Despite his role primarily as a substitute, Joselu has showcased his prowess by netting an impressive tally of 14 goals across all competitions.

Chelsea defender set to leave the club in the summer

Chelsea star Lewis Hall is all set to leave Stamford Bridge permanently at the end of the current season, according to Football Insider.
