The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused President Bola Tinubu of failing to solve the problems caused by the immediate past administration. In a recent post on X, the main opposition party stated that his leadership has only exacerbated the nation's economic and social challenges.

According to The Dailypost, the opposition party highlighted several areas where they believe Tinubu's administration has fallen short.

The PDP noted that since Tinubu took office in 2023, his policies have worsened the economic situation left by his predecessor, former President Muhammadu Buhari. The party also criticized the administration for the surging cost of living, which has made it difficult for Nigerians to afford basic necessities such as food, healthcare, fuel, and education.

The party pointed out that the prices of staple foods have skyrocketed, leaving many families struggling to make ends meet.

According to the PDP, the country's power sector remains in a dire state, with frequent blackouts and unreliable electricity supply further contributing to the hardships faced by Nigerians.
