The executive Governor of Ekiti state, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has reacted after he opened the Abiyamo Esther Bosede Oyebanji Maternity Ward, built by him and his siblings at Aramoko General Hospital, Aramoko-Ekiti.

Governor of Ekiti state, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji stated on his verified Facebook page; "Yesterday was a memorable and emotional day for me as we officially opened the Abiyamo Esther Bosede Oyebanji Maternity Ward, built by my siblings and I at Aramoko General Hospital, Aramoko-Ekiti."

He added; "This state-of-the-art facility stands as a tribute to my late mother, Chief (Mrs) Esther Bosede Oyebanji, and a commitment to improving maternal and child healthcare in our community. I am grateful for my siblings' support in making this project a reality, and I am proud to say that we fully funded it without recourse to state finances."
He stated further; "With the latest technology and dedicated staff, this maternity ward will play a crucial role in reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. I remain committed to building a healthier and more compassionate community, and I thank my dear brother, the Honorable Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, Dr Tunji Alausa, for honouring the family with his eminent presence and for commissioning the project."
