According to Punch, A chilling confession has emerged from a suspect, Raman Akande, who was arrested in connection with the brutal murder of a commercial sex worker in Ogun State's Ifo area. In a disturbing video confession, Akande calmly recounted the events leading up to the killing, which was allegedly carried out for ritual purposes.
According to Akande, he was lured into the crime by an accomplice, Ifa, who promised him a hefty sum of N100,000. He engaged the services of the unsuspecting victim, agreeing to pay her N3,000 for the night. However, things took a dark turn as Akande and another accomplice, Ijebu, brutally killed the woman. Ifa then collected her blood in a calabash, presumably for ritualistic purposes.
Akande's confession has sent shockwaves through the community, with many calling for justice to be served. The Ogun State Police Command has confirmed the arrest and is investigating the matter further. This gruesome incident comes on the heels of another ritual-related arrest in the state, where a man was caught exhuming and beheading a corpse for similar purposes.
