During an interview on Arise TV, Mainasara Kogo Umar, a member of the Kogo Royal Dynasty, discussed issues related to former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje's actions in Kano State. Umar emphasized that Ganduje's refusal to adhere to court orders should not justify the creation of new legislation. He argued that this approach would not effectively address the underlying issues caused by Ganduje's actions.

Umar asserted that the appropriate response to Ganduje's missteps lies in strictly adhering to the legal process. He highlighted the importance of addressing the "Ganduje problem" through the courts, ensuring that justice is sought through established legal channels. According to Umar, a religious and meticulous following of court proceedings is necessary to achieve a fair and lawful resolution.

Umar expressed his support for the full implementation of court rulings. He stressed that respecting and enforcing judicial decisions is crucial for upholding the rule of law and maintaining order. Umar called for the legal system to address Ganduje's actions comprehensively and urged the authorities to enforce court orders to their full extent.

He argued that the refusal to follow court orders should not lead to the creation of new legislation. Instead, the focus should be on resolving the issues through the judicial system. Umar believes that this approach will reinforce the principle that no one is above the law.

Umar highlighted the necessity of the legal system in addressing Ganduje's actions. He urged that court orders be enforced fully, demonstrating a commitment to justice and legal integrity. Umar maintained that only through the proper judicial process can a fair and lawful outcome be achieved. Mainasara Kogo Umar stressed the importance of following legal procedures to address the issues initiated by Ganduje's actions. He called for the strict enforcement of court rulings, emphasizing that this is essential for maintaining the rule of law and ensuring justice is served.

He said: "The refusal of Ganduje (former governor of Kano state) to follow court order should not be the basis upon which a new legislation should be created. It cannot be a panacea to the misnomer of the Ganduje problem. The Ganduje problem should be followed religiously through the court. And it should be delt with in accordance with the laws of the land. I'm in support of the implementation of that court proceedings".
