According to a report by PUNCH, the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, announced the unveiling of two major housing projects in the state.
The first project is the Rising Lagos Apartments, a development consisting of 60 luxurious two and three-bedroom units. Located in the heart of Lagos, the apartments feature state-of-the-art facilities and amenities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents.
In addition, the governor inaugurated the Greater Lagos LBIC/WGC Apartments, a 144-unit mixed-use development project situated in the Amuwo Odofin area.
This project is part of the state's ongoing efforts to drive urban renewal and sustainable development.
Commenting on the initiatives, Governor Sanwo-Olu stated, "These building projects mark a significant milestone in our continuous work to address the housing needs of our citizens and promote inclusive growth throughout Lagos State."
He emphasized the government's dedication to meeting the housing demands of the population and fostering holistic development across the state.
