The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer PRO, Benjamin Hundeyin has taken to social media to react after seeing photo of an opened cesspit in Igando, Lagos State, where a 3-year-old child fell into and died on Saturday.
Reacting after seeing photo of an opened cesspit in Lagos State, that claimed the life of a 3-year-old child after falling into it, the Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer PRO, Benjamin Hundeyin tweeted: "Somewhere in Igando today, this cesspit was left opened. Unfortunately, a 3-year-old fell into it and died.
This was totally avoidable!"
