Pep Guardiola delivers an honest statement following Man City's UCL Exit

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola spoke to the media after their exit from the UEFA Champions League as Real Madrid beat them on penalties to reach the semi-final.

Manchester City made a good start to the game as they created several chances and missed them. Rodrygo scored the opening goal to give Real Madrid the lead before halftime. In the second half, Manchester City continued creating several chances and Kevin De Bruyne got the equalizer. The game progressed to a penalty shootout where Real Madrid won 4-3 as Kovacic, Bernardo Silva and Modric missed their spot kicks.

However, Pep Guardiola delivered an honest statement following Manchester City's UEFA Champions League exit when he said: "We created the chances to do it but football is about scoring goals. Thank you to my players. It is a result business, they [Real Madrid] are in the semi-final and we are not..."
