On 6th July, 2024 the Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mohammed Ndarani while reacting to the ongoing rift between the Nigerian Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Senator Ireti Kingibe, and the Nigerian Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, revealed that previous elective and appointed officers of the FCT from different political parties had always found a way of working together, and they could not achieve greater success without support for another among their leaders.
According to the Daily Post, the Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mohammed Ndarani said "It is imperative for all stakeholders, both elected and appointed, to work together and abide by guiding rules of their different offices to strengthen one another as one big family. Nigeria could not achieve greater success without support from another among its leaders and craved the indulgence of all warring parties to let peace reign. Although the two leaders were not from the same political party, previous elective and appointed officers of the FCT from different parties had always found a way of working together."
If you could recall, some days ago the former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike while speaking flag-off ceremony of the construction of the Mabushi bus terminal said that if the Nigerian Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Senator Ireti Kingibe was popular in the FCT she should come and contest for the Senatorial seat in the 2027 Senatorial Election, and they would fail her.
