20-year-old RB Leipzig youngster, Xavi Simons has developed into a phenomenal footballer since breaking onto the scene at Paris Saint-Germain five years ago. His impressive growth is reflected in his market value evolution in this period.

When Xavi Simons first broke into the limelight at Paris Saint-Germain, his market value according to Transfermarkt was €500,000. Two years later, this had invested to €3 million. After a successful spell in the Dutch Eredivisie with PSV Eindhoven, his market value had skyrocketed to €30 million.

His market value continues to increase and it currently stands at €60 million after a successful loan spell with RB Leipzig.

Another youngster whose market value has continued to increase tremendously is Bayer Leverkusen star, Florian Wirtz. The German attacker is just 20 years old but has just helped his club win the German Bundesliga and is attracting plenty of interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe.

In his first full season at Bayer Leverkusen, his market value stood at €10 million but this has increased in multiple folds as he continued to prove himself. Currently, the 20-year-old is worth €110 million.

Martin Odegaard of Arsenal broke out of Real Madrid's academy team as a player who would go ahead to do great things in the game. Unfortunately, his chance never came at Real Madrid as he was continually sent on loan.

Arsenal proved to be his permanent home as the Gunners signed him after a season-long loan that saw him perform impressive. In his first season at Arsenal, his market value was €40 million but currently, he is worth €95 million.
