According to a report by The Nation Nigeria. Investor interest in Nigeria's mining industry has increased as a result of reforms put in place by President Bola Tinubu's administration, according to Minister of Solid Minerals Development Dele Alake.

According to him, Nigeria's mining industry has drawn more attention from across the world as a result of the federal government's emphasis on solid minerals, which has raised investments and income for the nation.

This was said by the minister during the Nigeria Middle East Investors Expo and Awards keynote speech on Friday in Abuja.

Alake outlined the accomplishments of his seven-point program, emphasizing how the mining marshals' efforts to stop illicit mining activities have resulted in the nationwide arrest and prosecution of many of the offenders.

"Since their deployment as part of an all-encompassing strategy to sterilize the mining environment, the mining marshals have been working diligently and effectively.

More than 133 of the approximately 300 unlawful operators who have been caught are presently being prosecuted. We're moving forward really quickly," Alake said.
