Police have fired a teargas canister in Nairobi, an incident that has caught the attention of several Kenyans who took to their different social media platforms to express their concern.
According to the reports given by a reliable source of information, it has been reported that the police took this action as Kenyans who had honored Kenyans who were Killed during the protests against the proposed 2024 finance bill, were heading back home.
Taking to different social media platforms to confirm this news, Mpasho news has shared a video of the incident showing Kenyans running away from the scene.
This is happening at the same time when President William Ruto, the deputy president of Kenya, Mr Rigathi Gachagua, the former prime minister of Kenya who is also the Presidential candidate of the Azimio la Umoja Coalition, Honorable Raila Odinga along with Wiper party leader, Honorable Kalonzo Musyoka have acknowledged the ongoing protests.
These Leaders have also expressed their concern over the deaths of Kenyans Killed During the protests against the proposed 2024 finance bill.
