Manchester United have appointed Jason Wilcox as the new Technical director. The former Manchester city academy head coach, assumed the directorial role today after agreement was reached between United and Southampton. He is expected to work on recruitment and Academy.
Wilcox will be key part of INEOS project in United next season. The Red devis are pressing to sign Dan Ashworth who most recently worked as sporting director for Premier League club Newcastle United. He is expected to take charge as the football director at Old Trafford. Omar Berrada was also appointed as CEO replacing the long-term serving united CEO Richard Arnold.
