We need to take good care of our body and health because taking better care of our bodies means increased energy levels,and a better ability to accomplish our daily goals. It means better ability to concentrate on any given task,and that our tasks will take less time to complete. However, we become more susceptible to illness and disease if we don't. Hence below are four warning signs we should never ignore about our bodies:

UNEXPLAINED WEIGHT LOSS: Losing weight without trying may be a sign of a health problem. An unexplained drop in weight could be caused by many conditions. These include overactive thyroid, diabetes, depression, liver disease, cancer or disorders that interfere with how your body absorbs nutrients.

FEELING FULL AFTER EATING LITTLE: If you usually feel full too soon or after eating less than usual, get checked by your health care provider. You might have this feeling, known as early satiety, along with nausea, vomiting, bloating or weight loss.

Possible causes of early satiety include gastroesophageal reflux disease, and peptic ulcers. In some cases, a more serious problem such as stomach cancer

ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENSION: Visual changes, lightheadedness and dizziness that occur in the seconds after you stand up happen due to a sudden, temporary drop in blood pressure and could also be a sign that you didn't eat enough that day and have low blood pressure or low blood sugar

LEFT SIDE CHEST PAIN: this can be a symptom of an issue with your lungs, heart, muscles and bones, or digestive system. Left-side chest pain from heart-related issues can be strong or sharp. It can feel like pressure. You can also have nausea, but that can go along with digestive issues that also cause chest pain.
