Yoruba movie actress Bimbo Adebayo has revealed what she used to tell her husband about the amount of money she makes from acting movies in order to secure her acting career, while also stating why her husband was not happy with her acting career in the movie industry.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Oyinmomotv during an interview with media personality Damilola Banire, she made it known that she used to lie to her husband that producers paid her big money so that her husband would not ask to quit her job.
In her statement, she said, "I was taking out of my business money to produce my movies because nobody invested in me.
"My husband tried to invest in my movie career twice, but he was not happy with the money that I was making out of it.
"Sometimes, when I go to a movie location, I work for free without being paid for my efforts, and I always use my money for transportation and feeding.
"I used to lie to my husband that producers paid me well just to save my movie career."
