Afrobeats legend Seun Kuti has found himself embroiled in a heated online controversy after actress Iyabo Ojo accused him of supporting VeryDarkMan's controversial online behavior.

According to a report by The Nation News, Seun Kuti has openly challenged Iyabo Ojo to come for his arrest, asserting his stance against what he perceives as unjust use of influence for personal vendettas.

The feud between Seun Kuti and Iyabo Ojo began when Ojo accused Kuti of enabling VeryDarkMan's provocative actions on social media.

Responding to these allegations, Kuti vehemently denied being a "confusionist," emphasizing that his primary concern is Ojo's apparent misuse of power by attempting to have VeryDarkMan arrested.

Seun Kuti, known for his unapologetic stance on social and political issues, has not shied away from confrontation in the face of criticism.

In his response to Iyabo Ojo's accusations, Kuti has taken a defiant stand, challenging Ojo to confront him directly rather than resorting to legal action through law enforcement.

This bold move reflects Kuti's commitment to standing up for his beliefs and principles, even in the face of potential repercussions.

While some have praised Kuti for his courage and outspokenness, others have criticized Ojo for her perceived misuse of influence and power dynamics in the situation.

In a video message shared via his Instagram account, Kuti said: “I’m not a ‘confusionist’.

And there was no time I opposed you fighting VeryDarkMan.

I only said you shouldn’t be locking people up.

“If you’re angry, I said you shouldn’t use the police to oppress people, please, don’t be angry.

Continue to be an oppressor. Use the police to arrest everyone. In fact, come and arrest me too.

You guys are the billionaires, the owners of Nigeria, if you get angry, everywhere will explode. So don’t be angry.

“I apologise for myself and on behalf of VeryDarkMan.

Please, don’t flex your power. Nonsense”.
