Chelsea's busy summer transfer window keeps getting busier, as the club seeks to sanction the arrival of new players and the sale of others that have been deemed surplus to requirements, in order to improve the quality of the squad at the disposal of new manager Enzo Maresca. One of the club's latest targets is Leicester City's Drewsbury-Hall, as Enzo Maresca looks to bring a man who was very vital in his success with Leicester in the Championship last season. And now, it seems Chelsea have gotten their man.

According to reports, Chelsea have reached full agreement with Leicester City for the signing of Kiernan Drewsbury-Hall. Renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea have reached full agreement with the club and the player, who is set to join on a six year deal for a fee worth around £30 million. The player is said to already be on his way to Chelsea for his medicals.

Kiernan Drewsbury-Hall is a talented attacking midfielder who came through the ranks at Leicester. He's already had some years of experience in the League and while he never really shone brightly, he did have a fantastic campaign with Leicester last season, scoring 12 goals and providing 14 assists in 44 games as they won the Championship and earned qualification back to the Premier League. He looked set for a switch to Brighton in a swap deal that also involved Jakub Moder going in the opposite direction. However, Chelsea came calling and Drewsbury-Hall decided to abandon his move to Brighton and wait for Chelsea instead. Well, the wait is over, and he is set to become Chelsea's latest addition.
