Accoridng to news hitting the airwaves this evening several families will be spending the night in the cold after their houses were razed down by a huge inferno.
Accoridng to Tv47, Several families left homeless as fire razes down their houses in Soweto area, Kibra, Nairobi County.
The cause of the mega fire is yet to be established with fire fighters and locals already at the scene trying to quell the situation that has clearly gotten out of hand.
Kenyans on various social media platforms have called for the Nairobi fire fighters and rescue teams to speed up and tour the scene to prevent more damages.
This fire comes amid a worrying increase in the number of fire incidents where so many Kenyan have lost livelihoods and property.
Some of these incidents have been caused by some rogue Kenyans with a number associated to normal accidents.
