Former Presidential Aide to Muhammadu Buhari and Former Head Of Special Presidential Investigations, Chief Okoi Obono Obla was recently on the "Mic On Podcast" and he spoke about a lot of things.

"I did a memo to the attorney general, Malami to brief him on what we were doing, but later on the Attorney General said all the cases I investigated, they never mandated me. One of them was, you know, came through the Panama papers, you know about the Panama papers? A Nigerian Senator, Former Military Governor was mentioned that he has properties in offshore Islands".
"Since I didn't have the instructions to investigate this issue which is over seas you know, I went to the DG of the Nation Intelligence Agency to say 'Please, let us work together to do this Investigation' and they did the investigation, the report was sent to me, I sent one to the President and I sent one to the attorney general that this man has over 200 million pounds sterling in offshore Islands but nothing happened, till today", Okoi Obono Obla said.
