Emmanuel Frank-Fubara, a seasoned legal practitioner with 26 years of experience hailing from Abonnema in Akuku-Toru Local Government Area, demonstrated his commitment to leveraging his expertise for the state's development during the screening process. His nomination received unanimous approval through a voice vote, solidifying his appointment.
This session marked a significant legislative milestone for the Oko-Jumbo-led Assembly, assembling for the second time since the Appeal Court's resolution of the Rivers State House of Assembly crisis.
