The executive Governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde has reacted after he inspected the ongoing construction at the 110 km Rashidi Ladoja Circular Road in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.

He noted that his government is on track to complete both the North East and South East sections before the end of his administration.

The executive Governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde is a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Governor Seyi Makinde stated on his verified Twitter page on Thursday; "Yesterday and the day before, we inspected the ongoing construction at the 110 km Rashidi Ladoja Circular Road in Ibadan. The North East section (34 km) which is being cleared is making great progress, with 2.5 km now driveable and 4 km passable."

He added; "In the South East section (32.2 km) Lot 1, we have completed 7 culverts, and reinforcement work is ongoing on the overpass at Ch 4.5 and the underpass at Ch 12.5. Meanwhile, Lot 2 is moving forward with 7 culverts under construction and earthworks covering a 7 km stretch."

He stated further; "We are on track to complete both the North East and South East sections before the end of our administration."
