Ligue 1 club OGC Nice's midfielder, Khéphren Thuram, has completed a transfer to Juventus, according to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The 23-year-old Frenchman, who began his professional career at OGC Nice after signing from Monaco in 2019, has made 150 appearances for the team. His contributions included participation in UEFA Champions League qualifiers over the past two seasons.
Reports earlier indicated that Thuram had given the green light to join the Serie A giants. Recent developments confirm that a verbal agreement has been struck between the two clubs. Initially valued at €35 million, Thuram has agreed to a €20 million deal, with add-ons potentially bringing the total package to €25 million.
According to Romano, the contract will last until June 2029. Documents are expected to be exchanged today and tomorrow, with final technical steps and medical tests to follow.
In the past season, Khéphren Thuram recorded 1 goal and 1 assist in 27 matches for OGC Nice.
The former Monaco man's salary might range upto €2.5m per season.
