Two ‘Friends’ Fight to Death in Osun

A tragic incident in Osun State reported by Adeolu Adeyemo reveals that two friends, Ali Baba and Kayode Olete, fought to the death in Inisa, Odo-Otin Local Government Area. Both men, aged 60 and 52 respectively, engaged in a violent altercation using dangerous weapons, resulting in fatal injuries. The NSCDC confirmed the deaths and noted that the cause of the fight remains unknown.

Mother Panics as 32-Year-Old Daughter Goes Missing in Kogi

A woman in Okenne, Kogi State, reported her 32-year-old daughter, Hamidat Abdulrafiu, missing since June 18, 2024. Hamidat, a businesswoman, was last heard from in Lokoja before her phone became unreachable. Despite efforts to locate her, including tracing to Abuja and reporting to the police, no leads have emerged, and there have been no ransom demands or threats.
