Former Nigerian Senator and human rights activist Shehu Sani has taken to his official X handle to reveal how an albino man was release after kidnapper discovered he's not a white man.
Nigeria's pervasive insecurity has fueled a rampant kidnapping crisis, with ransom demands becoming increasingly common. Sadly, kidnappers often target foreigners, particularly white individuals, believing they can secure larger ransoms.
The former Senator and activist Shehu Sani took to his X handle to reveal why kidnappers abducted and released an albino man.
In his statement, Shehu Sani said that an Albino man was kidnapped and released after they found out that he is not a white man.
In his tweet, he wrote below:

It's crucial to remember that albinism is a genetic condition, not a racial category. People with albinism can be of any race or ethnicity.
