During the Blessing Sunday service on July 7, 2024, Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche, the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center, revealed how divine intervention resolved a legal dispute that threatened his Houston, Texas crusade.
According to Enenche, the church's branch in America was gifted a $15 million property by an individual who had purchased it from the original seller.
However, upon learning that the property had been donated to a church, the seller objected and initiated legal action, arguing that the church’s activities would disrupt the neighborhood.
"He went to court so that this program I went for will not hold. O yes! We got a court injunction," he stated.
Enenche shared that the legal battle began as the church was preparing for a major crusade on the newly acquired property.
Despite the ongoing court case, the church proceeded with publicity for the event, confident in their mission and trusting in divine support.
"While publicity was on, case was in Court," he disclosed.
The seller's lawsuit, aimed at preventing the church from using the property for its gatherings, loomed over their plans, casting uncertainty over the event's future.
In a turn of events that Enenche attributes to divine favor, the court ultimately ruled in favor of the church.
"The Judge ruled in the favor of the church," he concluded.
The judge's decision allowed the church to retain the property and proceed with their planned activities.
