Ifedore Local Government Endorses Governor Aiyedatiwa for APC Primary

In a significant show of support, the leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State have unanimously declared their support for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa's bid to become the party's candidate in the upcoming primary election in April 2024.

According to Punch, the endorsement came during the inauguration ceremony of the LACO FS executive members at Igbara Oke, the local government headquarters. Hon. Dipo Ajibola, the LACO FS coordinator, praised Governor Aiyedatiwa for his steadfast leadership during challenging times and affirmed the community's loyalty to his vision.

Hon. Ajibola, a former chairman of Ifedore Local Government, called for the party's flag to be handed to a seasoned politician like Governor Aiyedatiwa, who has a genuine interest in the welfare of the masses and a deep understanding of the state's needs.

The ceremony was marked by expressions of joy and celebration, with ward and unit leaders singing and dancing in approval of the governor's leadership and contributions.

Hon. Saka Yusuf, a former Commissioner and state LACO FS leader, emphasized the need for a people-oriented politician like Aiyedatiwa, whose reputation resonates with citizens across all ages.

The event also featured Hon. Oladipupo, the state convener of LACO FS, who highlighted Governor Aiyedatiwa's widespread endorsements and his destined role as the leader of Ondo State. He expressed confidence in the governor's victory in the upcoming APC gubernatorial primary election, citing his popularity and track record.

The continuation of Governor Aiyedatiwa's administration is expected to bring numerous benefits to Ifedore and the state at large, including accelerated infrastructural development and economic growth.
