Trump is unstable; He has already hurt reproductive rights and women's rights—Anthony Scaramucci

Anthony Scaramucci, who served briefly as Communications Director under former President Donald Trump, announced that he will not be supporting Trump's bid for the presidency in 2024. Scaramucci cited concerns over Trump's stability and his impact on America's democratic values and civil rights.

"Trump is unstable. He is going to hurt America. He has already hurt reproductive rights and women's rights," Scaramucci stated in a tweet. The former aide drew parallels to the dystopian novel "The Handmaid's Tale," expressing fear that Trump's policies could lead to a similarly oppressive society.

Scaramucci also condemned Trump's stance on immigration, accusing him of aspiring to establish concentration camps for immigrants. This incendiary claim reflects broader criticisms from Trump's opponents, who argue that his immigration policies are excessively harsh and inhumane.

Highlighting a detailed plan known as Project 2025, Scaramucci urged the public to educate themselves on what he describes as Trump's and his allies' dangerous vision for the future of the country. Project 2025, a comprehensive policy agenda endorsed by Trump supporters, outlines sweeping changes that critics argue could undermine fundamental democratic principles and civil liberties.

In a call to action, Scaramucci encouraged Americans to support President Joe Biden in the upcoming election. "People need to read Project 2025, understand what Trump and his allies want to do to the country, and then get behind President Biden," he urged.
