The head of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, spoke out against President Bola Tinubu's leadership on Saturday, telling the Daily Post that Tinubu isn't the kind of revolutionary leader Nigeria needs, even though he wants to strengthen the country's democratic framework.

During a news conference in Lagos, Primate Ayodele voiced his worries about Tinubu's presidency and its wider consequences for Nigeria's future. Primate Ayodele stressed that the nation's economy is not going to improve much under Tinubu's leadership, even though he intends to strengthen democracy.

The prophet's words imply that Tinubu's plans will have a narrow effect, concentrating on reforming the political system rather than reviving the economy. A critical view of the current administration's capacity to resolve the urgent economic challenges confronting Nigeria is reflected in this sentiment.

In addition, the prophet foretold that President Tinubu would face political obstacles in the event that he sought reelection. Tinubu may face significant challenges if he decides to run for re-election, Primate Ayodele cautioned.

The complexity and possible opposition within Nigeria's political scene are highlighted in this cautionary comment, implying that Tinubu's journey to sustained leadership could be challenging. Primate Ayodele denied that creating state police forces would end Nigeria's persistent security problems when he addressed the matter of national security.

His main point was that politicians could use these kinds of measures to make security worse, rather than better. This attitude is reflective of a larger lack of faith in decentralised enforcement to address the nation's security concerns. Ayodele claims that Tinubu isn't the saviour of Nigeria, but that he came to accomplish one or two things, the most important of which is to fortify our democracy.
