Premier league giants Manchester United have made Crystal Palace winger Olise one of their major transfer target and would need to pay big for him.
The Old Trafford side are making plans to strengthen their squad during the summer so as to be in the best shape to enter the new season.
One area the club has been lacking quality is the right wing, even though they recently signed Antony to operate in that position. The former Ajax man arrived at United with great expectations, but he has failed to live up to that, with another low scoring campaign seeing him register just one goal in the league this season.
Sometimes, Gernacho has been tasked to play from the right even when Antony is fit and that further explains the club's need for a new right-winger.
Many would agree that Olise ticks a lot of boxes for The Red Devils and would make a fine addition for the club, but a huge transfer fee would be needed to take him away from Selhurst Park, as he only just signed a new contract extension.
However, Man Utd have learned how much they will have to pay to sign Olise, with the Sun claiming that Crystal Palace are wanting a fee in excess of £60m for the 22-year-old.
Also, The Sun has reveled that Utd plan to enter talks with Olise in the coming weeks, once they are done with 2023/2024 campaign.
Olise has been in fine form for Crystal Palace lately, having 13 goal involvements in his last 9 Premier League games. His goal tally should have been more than that, but the winger had been sidelined with an injury most of the season.
He was brilliant against Man Utd in their last outing, so it would be a relieve for Man Utd players if he were to become one of them.
