Former Interior CS Fred Matiangi allegedly printed caps and shipped them to Kenya following the unprecedented protests which left a section of Citizens proposing Matiangi for Presidency.
According to vocal ODM MCA Robert Alai, the former CS has began popularizing his bid after Kenyans on social media proposed him to replace President Ruto.
Robert Alai claimed that Fred Matiangi who is currently in Washington DC was called and briefed about his growing popularity in the country.
The Ex-CS moved with speed and printed caps which he has allegedly shipped to Kenyans with an aim of popularizing his Presidential bid.
"During the demonstrations someone called Matiangi who is in Washington DC and told him that Kenyans wants him to be President. Fred Matiangi stupidly printed Caps and T-shirts which he has shipped to Kenya and hopes that he will soon see many people wearing them. Ndugu Fred, Utashangaa sana!" Reads Robert Alai's.
Matiangi's alleged move follows calls from a section of Kenyans who now want him to be Kenya's President.
