President Ruto's Government Set to Introduce These Oppressive Taxes Despite Demonstrations

opera.com 3 days ago

Today, a very shocking report emerged stating that the government of Kenya is still imposing more taxes on Kenyans. Shockingly, Moses Kuria has revealed that the government will impose a 25 percent tax on shoes this year to raise money for the government. Sadly, this tax is oppressive and is meant to make the cost of living more difficult in Kenya.

Shockingly, the government will also impose another tax on agricultural products in July. According to the report, Kenyans engaging in the agriculture business will have to pay more taxes to avoid getting arrested and punished for evading taxes. These taxes are in line with the oppressive finance bill that is currently facing opposition from the Gen Zs.

Sadly, President William Ruto's government does not care about Kenyans but is more concerned with taxing them wasting public money on foreign travel, and making themselves rich. Literally, Kenya has to wake up and fight for their lights like the Gen Zs or suffer for the next three years under President William Ruto's government.
