Doyin Okupe says it is Tinubu's destiny to come into position of leadership at periods of hardship.

Former Director-General of the Obi/Datti presidential campaign organization, Doyin Okupe has taken to social media to talk about President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Doyin Okupe who made such statement through his official X account few minutes ago, congratulated the APC chieftain on his re-election as the leader of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), adding that it is difficult for him to understand why it is the destiny of president Bola Tinubu to come into position of leadership at periods of hardship and difficult.

Doyin Okupe wrote;

"It is difficult for me to understand why it is the destiny of President Tinubu to come into position of leadership, both at national and regional levels, at periods of hardship and difficulty. But I pray for divine guidance and wisdom to navigate these turbulent waters."

Doyin Okupe then advise president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to focus on bringing back the leadership of Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger to the ECOWAS community, adding that he should lean on the support of ex-president, Muhammadu Buhari and other influential Northern leaders in reconciling with Niger.

Doyin Okupe also advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to work with ex-presidents, Goodluck Jonathan and John Mahama in reconciling with Mali, adding that the African Union can be made to spearhead such reconciliatory agenda.

Doyin Okupe finally prayed for unity and prosperity within the ECOWAS community, especially now that they are trying to adopt and launch the regional currency known as the "Eco".
