Haiti has been facing significant issues with gang violence and control. Various gangs have taken over parts of the country, causing instability, violence, and a humanitarian crisis. These gangs often engage in criminal activities such as kidnappings, extortion, and drug trafficking. The situation has worsened due to political instability, economic challenges, and the lack of effective law enforcement. Efforts to address the issue have included local and international interventions, but the problem remains deeply rooted and complex.
The Kenyan Police forces have stepped into the country to fight gangs. The first 400 contingent police landed in Haiti a few weeks ago as Kenya prepares to fly another 600 police officers making a total of 400 police officers.
However, China & Russia has raised concerns that the Haiti Gangs are obtaining guns from USA despite the fact that US is also funding Kenyan police who are in Haiti. The war between police and gangs is about to start in Haiti and casualties will be reported. Kenyan people have wished all the best the Police officers who have gone to Haiti as part of UN mission.

If you have a president who is ill-advised on the maters of diplomacy and international relations like Kenya, he will allow his police officers to go to Haiti." Vincent Oketch said.
