It has not been an easy time for President William Ruto recently as youth commonly known as Gen Z staged several protests that shocked the country.
This happened as they demanded the President to drop the controversial Finance Bill 2024 terming it as overburdening the already burdened Kenyans.
During the protests, several Kenyans lost their lives after the police used live bullets. One of them is Rex Masai who was laid to rest a few days ago.
Today, the Generation Z flocked Uhuru Park in the Nairobi with Kenyan flags in remembrance of those who lost their lives during the protest.
After seeing many people attending Uhuru Park, blogger Gabriel Oguda joked that President William Ruto was forced to close State House Road after seeing what was happening at Uhuru Park.https://x.com/Gabriell_Oguda/status/1809928587325104331
He further said that Gen Zs cannot be bought unlike Osama Otero wjo has been accused by many people for betrayal after hosting the President on X space.
