The executive Governor of Bauchi state, Bala Mohammed stated on his verified Twitter page; "I remain steadfast in my commitment to addressing those who threaten the harmony and welfare of our state and its citizens. Our administration will not yield to any delinquents or swindlers. Presiding over the State Executive Council (SEC) meeting today, I urged members to deepen our efforts in ensuring good governance."

Governor of Bauchi state, Bala Mohammed added; "I reaffirmed our administration’s dedication to collaborating with security agencies to bolster the state’s security framework. I also called upon the culprits to surrender before it is too late, as they will soon face inevitable defeat."
The executive Governor of Bauchi state stated further on his verified Facebook page; "Additionally, I took a moment to pray for Ahmed Aliyu Jalam, our diligent commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, who passed away. May Allah forgive his sins and grant him Al Jannah Firdaus."
