The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, stated that Nigeria's challenges can be overcome.

The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, believes that with dedicated leadership, a positive attitude, and strong commitment, Nigeria can overcome its challenges.

Emir Sanusi received Commissioners Baba Halilu Dantiye (Information) and Mohammed Tajuddeen Othman (Science and Technology) at his palace, where he made the assertion.

The monarch emphasized that Nigeria's challenges are inherited, but lamenting the past won't solve them; action is needed.

The Emir of Kano expressed confidence that the people of Kano can overcome current challenges, leveraging their history, resilience, and positive attitude.

Emir Sanusi stated, "We face challenges like poverty, hunger, and illiteracy, but with the right attitude, commitment, leadership, and collective support, we can overcome them."

The Emir said, "Other nations have faced greater challenges and emerged stronger. Some regions of our country have been devastated by terrorism, but we have been fortunate. We pray Allah continues to protect us and bring peace to those areas."

The Emir commended the Kano State government for promoting education, particularly girl child education, as a key solution to the country's challenges.

The Emir urged the private sector and philanthropists to support education by building schools, providing meals, and improving transportation to help address Nigeria's challenges.
