The youth, commonly referred to as Genz, should not be unjustly faulted for their protests against the current political situation in Kenya. Senator Kajwang valiantly defended the actions of Genz when they entered Parliament during their demonstrations to voice their concerns regarding the economic challenges facing Kenya. He highlighted that the Genz cohort is highly educated and well prepared to effectively tackle national issues.

In the Senate session, Senator Kajwang challenged his colleagues who criticized the presence of Genz in Parliament, urging them instead to recognize and value the beneficial impact of the free curriculum that has shaped Genz, a legacy established by former President Kibaki. Senator Kajwang's endorsement of Genz's actions underscored his steadfast belief in their capacity to catalyze positive change in Kenya.

The GenZ generation has been actively participating in various demonstrations, showcasing their energy, education, and determination to influence the future direction of the Kenyan Government towards the goals outlined in Vision 2030. It is clear from their actions that this group of young people is committed to making a positive impact and shaping the political landscape of the country for years to come. Their involvement in these activities highlights their passion for change and their desire to create a better future for themselves and future generations.
