Veteran Yoruba movie actress Iya Osogbo has shared insights into her life after stepping away from the film industry, shedding light on some personal challenges and her inability to recognize former colleagues. In a candid interview with Kunle Afod, posted on the official YouTube channel of Kunleafodtv, Iya Osogbo opened up about the impact of aging on her life.

The actress revealed that her departure from the movie industry has been marked by a struggle to remember the faces of her peers. She attributed this issue primarily to the effects of aging. Despite her withdrawal from acting, Iya Osogbo emphasized that she harbors no ill feelings towards any of her colleagues in the Yoruba movie scene.

Reflecting on her current health status, Iya Osogbo remarked, "It's been a long time since I left the movie industry, although I have no problem with any of my colleagues. I have been very healthy, and I barely go to the hospital for any treatment. In fact, I don't even have a personal doctor."

The actress further explained how old age has altered her ability to recognize people she once worked closely with. "Old age is affecting me," she admitted. "Since I stopped acting in movies, I can't recognize any actor again."

Iya Osogbo's revelations highlight the personal and professional transitions many actors face as they age.
