Over the same the head of state president Ruto has been pressured by the Gen Zs who have come out to tell him to step down from leadership. As per to the latest reports shared from the reputable source this hour, Ruto has suspended some offices leaving them vacant.
On the same note the Gen Zs demanded him to do some changes including that of reducing salaries for MPs and women representatives. As well Ruto has taken heed to these demands and by now he is planning to slash their salaries.
The North Imenti MP Rahim Dawood has asserted that he was against the proposal of increasing the salaries of MPs and other elected people. Dawood further came up with a few proposals to help the government in cutting down their wage bill.
