The current protests in Kenya organised by the youths and the Gen Z have extremely exposed Kenya's fragility and Supremacy of wars.
The Gen Z have been protesting against the Finance Bill,2024. Which was later abolished by the President William Ruto, this has exposed how the citizens have power over the politicians.
The youths recognises politicians as their representatives who should be representing them and also to serve the interests of the citizens but not their own political interests.
Some of the youth protestors have been seen protesting right before the police officers without fear. Some of them have gone extra miles to burn down and as far as looting some of the expensive supermarkets, hotels and properties owned by the politicians whom they claim are serving their own interests instead of serving the interests of the citizens.
These protests without fear along the Kenyan streets have exposed the kind of freedom Kenyans have.
